Shortlist Acemate S10 Pro when the published training options below match your lessons and the journey is practical. If the route or required assistance is unresolved, postpone the purchase decision. Discuss the court conditions and ask the team to demonstrate arrival, preparation and departure for your intended venues before ordering.

An eight-step court-to-court routine

  1. Assess the journey

    S10 Pro detail Official specification
    Robot net weight 23.0 ± 0.5 kg

Measure the cargo opening and narrow points along the route. Discuss awkward gates, steps and assistance with Acemate. Ask the team to demonstrate arrival, preparation and departure for your planned use. Record your own observations before committing to a schedule.

  2. Confirm the destination

Please use the machine on a standard tennis court with clear court markings and a complete net, so that the AI algorithm can accurately identify the court boundaries.

Use only on flat, dry surfaces. Never operate the machine in standing water, rain, snow, strong wind, dust, or other adverse weather conditions.

Check with the venue in advance, then look again on arrival. Prepare a separate coaching activity for an unsuitable day.

  3. Handling

Before moving, cleaning, installing/removing the battery, or troubleshooting a jammed ball, always turn off the machine and confirm that all mechanical parts have completely stopped.

When moving the machine, fold up the ball collection net and grasp both side handles. Never transport the machine upside down.

When moving on flat ground, you may extend the telescopic handle to a moderate length and push the machine. Do not extend the telescopic handle too far or grip it too high, as excessive force may cause it to break.

Resolve any awkward transfer before proceeding. Ask for assistance where appropriate.

  4. Prepare the device nearby

    S10 Pro detail Official requirement
Device Smartphone or tablet with Bluetooth 5.0 or later

We recommend completing the first pairing near the robot — too great a distance may cause the search to fail.

Confirm that the machine has sufficient battery and that the App's Bluetooth connection is stable.

Use the official user guide beside you. Put preparation ahead of the student's appointment.

  5. Inspect the assembled net

Inspect the net and the buffer net panel to ensure they are not caught on any structural components. The middle buffer net panel must hang freely. Verify that the top 1/4-inch Torx fastener is securely tightened.

For initial assembly, work through the illustrated guide from the beginning. For later visits, use its pre-use checks and confirm the local conditions again. Ask Acemate about anything unclear before the lesson.

  6. Begin conservatively

When using for the first time or adjusting parameters, always set ball speed, frequency, and spin intensity to the lowest values first. Only increase them gradually after confirming it is safe.

Choose a teaching objective in advance. Watch the student and review the exercise before making another adjustment.

  7. Allow a changeover

For another student on the same court, focus the changeover on the next teaching objective. Refer to the movement rule above if you do move the equipment. For a different venue, follow the finishing stage and make a fresh arrival plan.

  8. Finish the visit deliberately

Before storing, please empty the ball storage bucket and the inside of the machine, and confirm that no balls are jammed inside.

Please place the machine in a cool, dry, well-ventilated indoor environment, away from direct sunlight or extreme low temperatures.

Never leave the machine or battery for extended periods in a closed car in summer, near heaters, or outdoors in direct sunlight.

A two-venue coaching scenario

A morning visit to one club followed by an afternoon elsewhere needs a fresh arrival plan. Check the second venue in advance. At the end of the morning, leave time for departure and travel; at the next club, follow the routine again.
