Acemate Tennis Robot S10

Use the Acemate guide for your exact model. The S10 Pro steps below come from its current official manual; they should not be transferred to S10 without checking the S10 instructions. Runtime, cleaning and battery lifespan are different questions.

Before handling S10 Pro

The S10 Pro manual says to turn the machine off and wait until all mechanical parts have completely stopped before moving, cleaning, installing or removing the battery, or clearing a jammed ball. This is printed on page 5.

Stop using the machine if it has abnormal alarms, unusual sounds, smoke or severe jamming. Follow the manual and support process for the issue. Do not reach into a powered machine to clear a ball.

Clean and store Pro after a session

The Pro manual's daily cleaning instructions, printed page 21, are:

  1. Empty the ball storage bucket and balls inside the machine before storage, and check for a jam.
  2. With power off, wipe the outside with a dry, soft cloth. Do not use high-pressure water or corrosive solvents.
  3. Use the included cleaning brush to remove dust and ball fuzz from the ball outlet, launching wheels and feeding channel. Follow the manual's video or support guidance for deeper cleaning rather than improvising disassembly.

For long-term storage, printed page 24 specifies a cool, dry, ventilated indoor location away from direct sunlight and extreme low temperatures. Do not leave Pro in a vehicle boot or outdoors for extended periods.

Charge Pro with the specified power equipment

The Pro manual's printed page 22 requires the manufacturer-designated battery and the designated power adapter supplied with the product. It specifies a 0°C–40°C charging environment, ventilation and no covering. Do not charge in a damp or flammable environment.

For S10, use its separate S10 manual. Its documented precautions include powering off before installation or removal, clearly marked clean courts, and avoiding rain and low-light use. The Pro cleaning and storage instructions above are model-specific.

Plan runtime from the intended workload

Model Current published maximum Scope
S10 Up to three hours Actual settings and use affect duration
S10 Pro Up to five hours Ball Machine mode, launching wheels at 3,000–4,000 rpm

Pro's wheel rpm is not a ball-spin figure. Neither maximum establishes continuous moving-rally endurance at every setting. Record starting charge, active mode, training time, settings and ending charge before making a longer timetable depend on one pack. This is a personal planning record, not a new battery test.

When service is needed

The official warranty asks for proof of purchase, serial number and photos or video of the issue. It states one-year limited coverage from receipt, with misuse and non-quality issues excluded. Read the applicable model terms before assuming coverage or attempting a repair.
