Pre-order Refunds

ACEMATE is currently in the pre-order phase. You may request a full refund anytime before your order has been shipped — no questions asked.

Once your order has shipped, our standard return policy will apply.

Post-shipping Returns

After shipping begins, only unused products in their original packaging will be eligible for return. Return shipping costs may apply.
