- In-stock units will begin shipping from March 5, 2026, in the order that purchases were placed.
- EU deliveries are expected to be delayed until late March due to current shipping disruptions related to the Middle East situation.

Accessories Shipping
- Accessories are shipped separately from the main unit.
- If accessories are purchased together with a robot and shipped to the US, UK, or EU, shipping is included.
- If accessories are purchased alone, separate shipping fees will apply.
Restricted Regions
- Several countries have closed their airspace (including Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Iran, Iraq, Qatar, Israel, Kuwait, and nearly all Gulf countries). Both passenger and cargo flights are severely affected.
- Currently, all delivery services to the Gulf region and surrounding areas are temporarily suspended.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 48 hours.
