Pre-order Notice
ACEMATE is currently in the pre-order phase. With full-scale mass production underway, our team is working diligently to ensure that every unit meets the highest standards of performance and quality.
Estimated shipping will begin in late January 2026. (The Pickleball version is expected to ship in Q1 2026.)
We expect to begin shipping the first batch of products to our global warehouses in December. Ocean transit is estimated to take 30–45 days, depending on the destination. Once the products arrive at our warehouses, we’ll begin fulfilling orders to individual customers based on batch sequence.
We’ll send out a notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please note that shipping timelines may vary slightly based on your region and local logistics conditions.
