ACEMATE Tennis Robot

  • In-stock units will begin shipping from March 5, 2026, in the order that purchases were placed.
  • EU deliveries are expected to be delayed until late March due to current shipping disruptions related to the Middle East situation.

ACEMATE Pickleball Robot

  • Expected to ship in Q2 2026.

Accessories Shipping

  • Accessories are shipped separately from the main unit.
  • If accessories are purchased together with a robot and shipped to the US, UK, or EU, shipping is included.
  • If accessories are purchased alone, separate shipping fees will apply.

Restricted Regions

  • Several countries have closed their airspace (including Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Iran, Iraq, Qatar, Israel, Kuwait, and nearly all Gulf countries). Both passenger and cargo flights are severely affected.
  • Currently, all delivery services to the Gulf region and surrounding areas are temporarily suspended.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 48 hours.
• Orders can be modified within 24 hours after payment
• Once processed, orders can no longer be changed
