Pre-order from September 16 to October 30, 2026 at the regional price shown above. You pay the full pre-order price at checkout, with no separate balance payment. Shipping and taxes are calculated at checkout.
What is the return and refund policy?
Your pre-order is 100% refundable before your order ships. After dispatch, our robot return policy applies. To request a refund, contact support@acematetennis.com with your order details.

Does S10 Pro return every shot?
No tennis robot returns every shot. S10 Pro tracks the ball and moves to receive suitable returns within its operating area. The rally depends on shot speed, placement, court conditions and your selected settings.
Will the battery last five hours in every mode?
No. Up to five hours applies to Ball Machine mode with the launching wheels running at 3,000–4,000 rpm. Modes that involve more movement or higher-power settings use more energy, so actual training time varies.
Should I choose S10 Pro or S10?
Choose S10 Pro if you want the ACE+ shot system, up to 75 mph ball speed and a 100-ball capacity. S10 remains an option for everyday rally practice with up to 60 mph speed and an 80-ball capacity.
