Frequently Asked Questions
Acemate transforms practice into life-like gameplay by dynamically moving.
What is an ACEMATE Ambassador?
+
An ACEMATE Ambassador is an independent ACEMATE owner who volunteers to demonstrate the product and share their personal training experience. Ambassadors are not ACEMATE employees or official representatives.
How much does the demo cost?
+
A $10 confirmation deposit is required to reserve your demo session. This deposit helps prevent no-shows and may be credited toward your ACEMATE purchase after the demo.
What is the refund policy for the confirmation fee?
+
Eligible for a full refund:
* The Ambassador cancels the session.
* Both parties agree to cancel, and the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
* The session cannot take place due to circumstances beyond either party’s control (e.g. court closure, weather, facility issues).

Not eligible for a refund:
* You do not attend the session without prior notice.
* The session takes place as scheduled, regardless of whether you decide to purchase ACEMATE afterward.

If you purchase ACEMATE after completing the experience session:
* Your $10 deposit will be fully credited toward your ACEMATE purchase.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
What should I bring to the demo?
+
Please bring your tennis racket, appropriate tennis shoes, water, and any other equipment you normally use for practice.
Can I operate the robot myself during the demo?
+
For safety reasons, all robot settings and adjustments should be handled by the Ambassador during the demo session.
Can I try ACEMATE before buying?
+
Yes. The purpose of the Ambassador Program is to allow players to experience ACEMATE in person, ask questions, and see how it performs before making a purchase decision.
Disclaimer
+
1. Am I responsible for my own safety during the experience session?
Yes. Tennis is a physical sport and involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, joint injuries, slips, falls, or being struck by a ball. By participating in an ACEMATE Ambassador session, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Participants are responsible for following all safety instructions provided by the Ambassador.

2. What happens if I get injured during the session?
While Ambassadors are expected to exercise reasonable care when hosting a session, participants are responsible for their own actions and safety. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ACEMATE is not liable for injuries that may occur during the experience session.

3. Can I operate or adjust the robot myself?
No. During the experience session, all robot settings and adjustments should be handled by the Ambassador. Unauthorized operation or modification of the machine is not permitted.

4. What if I accidentally damage the Ambassador’s ACEMATE robot?
The ACEMATE robot used during the session is the personal property of the Ambassador. If damage occurs as a result of unauthorized use, misuse, or failure to follow instructions, any related responsibility will be handled directly between the participant and the Ambassador. ACEMATE is not responsible for damages caused during the experience session.

5. Will my experience be exactly the same as owning an ACEMATE?
Not necessarily. Performance may vary depending on court conditions, machine settings, ball type, player skill level, and other factors. The experience session is intended to demonstrate the product, but actual ownership experiences may differ.

6. Can an Ambassador make promises about product performance or future features?
No. Ambassadors are independent users sharing their personal experience with ACEMATE.
They cannot make official promises regarding:
* Performance improvements
* Future software features
* Product roadmaps
* Warranty policies
* Compatibility with all courts or playing styles
* Comparisons with competing products
For official product information, please contact: support@acematetennis.com

7. Does an Ambassador represent ACEMATE?
No. Ambassadors are independent ACEMATE owners who voluntarily participate in the Ambassador Program. Their opinions, recommendations, and experiences reflect their personal views and do not constitute official statements or commitments from ACEMATE.
